By placing an order with SHOPSBUSINESS, you agree to the following return and refund terms. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
1. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is: Unused and in its original condition Returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Request a Return Please email us with the following information: Your Order Number and full name A copy of your proof of purchase A brief explanation for the return A photo or video if the item is damaged or defective We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm your request and provide return instructions.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item/size was sent, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you. 5. Refunds Once your return is approved and processed: A refund will be issued to your original payment method Please allow up to 14 business days for processing Your bank may require an additional 3–5 days for the refund to reflect
6. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may not be possible.
7. Important Notes Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. SHOPSBUSINESS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
