Cancel / Change Order

At SHOPSBUSINESS , we understand that things can change — and we want to make it easy for you to adjust your order if needed. That’s why we offer a 4-hour window to cancel or make changes after your order is placed.

4-Hour Adjustment Window

You have up to 4 hours from the time your order is placed to request:

  • Order cancellation
  • Changes to product(s), size, or color
  • Updates to the recipient’s name or shipping address
  • Add or edit gift messages (if applicable)

To request a change within this timeframe, please:

  • Or use the Contact Form on our website

Be sure to include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear description of the change or cancellation you’re requesting

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as promptly as possible.

After 4 Hours: Order Processing Begins

Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order may already be in production, packing, or on its way to shipment—especially if it includes limited stock or special items. At that point:

  • Changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed
  • We’ll still try to help if possible, but updates may not be feasible

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver your items quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Address Corrections

Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. If you need to correct an address, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that period, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible, as shipping may already be in progress.
