Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted carriers to ensure dependable and secure delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days across the contiguous United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Coverage
Shopsbusiness ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • The carrier’s name

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning that ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it is accepted by the carrier. If tracking shows the order as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please take these steps:

  1. Verify that the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members who might have received the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
