At Shopsbusiness, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Every order is carefully reviewed, packed, and shipped with attention to detail. If anything goes wrong, our support team will resolve it quickly and fairly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order details — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact support@shopsbusiness.com and include your order number for faster assistance.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes after purchase.
If you wish to make adjustments, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
✅ Eligible for Return If:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product differs significantly from its description on our website
❌ Not Eligible for Return If:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It shows minor imperfections such as loose threads or wrinkles
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Shopsbusiness
How to Request a Refund
To begin a return or refund request, email support@shopsbusiness.com and include the following:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Shipping receipt (if applicable)
⚠️ Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
• Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider or email us for help.
Important Notes
• Return Window: 120 days from delivery
• Return Shipping Cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was caused by Shopsbusiness)
• Lost or Damaged Returns: Shopsbusiness is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
